However, using multiple vendors to fulfill employee uniform orders was proving problematic. In addition to issues with quality and inconsistent pricing, the Hopebridge marketing team was bogged down by requests from centers to manage orders and vendor relationships.

This removes a huge burden from our marketing and administrative teams,” says Mikaela. In addition to its many locations, Hopebridge employs a variety of remote workers, and the Web-to-Print portal accommodates their needs by delivering items directly to them, no matter where they are in the US.

Hopebridge has realized significant savings with Harmony. “Partnering with Harmony to create our employee and new patient kits — without using man hours on our side — has saved us countless dollars,” said Ali. What’s more, since Hopebridge began using Harmony for branded screen-print shirts, print brochures, signage, promotional products, and other print fulfillment projects, the company has saved a whopping 50 percent in shipping costs.
